NEST 2025 scorecards revised after percentile error; merit list on nestexam.in

Only the revised NEST 2025 scorecards dated July 17 will be accepted for all upcoming admission and counselling processes.

Download NowThe National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, has revised the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2025 scorecards following a correction in the qualifying percentile. Eligible candidates can download the NEST 2025 scorecard through the official website at nestexam.in by entering their application number or login ID and password.
“We deeply regret to inform you that a trivial error in qualifying percentile was identified in the NEST 2025 scorecards and has been resolved. This may not have affected the scorecard or AIR for most of the candidates. However, we suggest you to download the revised scorecard from the official NEST website (this website) after login,” the official notice said.
The notice further said that revised NEST scorecards 2025, dated July 17, 2025, will be considered valid for all future admission and counselling processes. The earlier versions of the scorecard will not be accepted.

NEST 2025: 200 seats at NISER Bhubaneswar
The NEST exam is mandatory for students aspiring to take admission at the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar, and the University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS), Mumbai.
For the academic year 2025, NISER Bhubaneswar has 200 seats, which include reservations for SC, ST, OBC and Divyangjan candidates as per government norms, along with two supernumerary seats for eligible candidates from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. UM-DAE CEBS Mumbai has 57 seats, also following the same reservation policy and including two supernumerary seats for candidates from the two Union Territories.
Students declared qualified in the NEST 2025 exam and shortlisted in the NEST merit list 2025 will be eligible for the document verification and further admission process.
