NEW DELHI: National Institute of Design will conduct NID Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT) 2021 tomorrow, March 14 from 10 am to 1 pm. NID DAT exam 2021 will be conducted in pen and paper mode in 23 cities across the nation. To ace NID DAT, the students must devise an exam-taking strategy today as to how they would like to attempt the exam tomorrow.

Important points to remember

  • Do not show up late to the exam centre

  • Allot a time in your head to answer every question

  • Do not ponder one question

  • Remain calm and confident

  • Don’t get trick by questions with figures or diagram

Candidates must keep in mind that all of their hard work and efforts may go awry if they fall into any test-taking trap. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the NID DAT 2021 admit card to the exam centres along with a valid identity card. Important thing to carry

Students are advised to keep the important documents inside the bag tonight to avoid searching for them on the exam day. Along with the NID DAT 2021 admit card, students can carry any of the following identification cards to the exam centres.

  • Voter ID card

  • PAN card

  • Driving License

  • Student ID issued by the current school/college

  • Passport

  • Aadhar card

None of the candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall without the hall ticket. Candidates must note that digital copy or photocopy of the identity card will not be considered to be valid.

Apart from the admit card, students can carry stationery items like lead pencil, colors, eraser, sharpeners and ruler to the test centres for the purpose of the exam. However, candidates are strictly prohibited to carry any electronic devices/gadgets and study materials to the exam centres.

It is also significant for the candidates to follow the COVID 19 precautionary measurement at the exam centres. Aspiring students have to submit the COVID 19 self declaration form to the exam centres staff at the entry gate. Thermal checking will be done at the test centre entry gate, Candidates showing COVID 19 symptoms will be prohibited to enter the exam centres.
