NIFT 2021 Exam Analysis - Exam Moderately Difficult

NEW DELHI- National Institute of Fashion Technology successfully conducted NIFT entrance exam in two slots. NIFT Creative Ability Test (CAT) was held from 10 am to 1 pm while General Ability Test (GAT) was conducted from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. According to the input from the experts and candidates, CAT was comparatively easier than last year. However, candidates found the GAT question quite tricky. Candidates faced challenges in managing time as the paper has a set time limit.

NIFT 2021 Creative Ability Test - Exam Analysis Highlights
Most of the candidates appearing in the NIFT CAT found the question of Creative Ability Test relatively easy while few students found it moderately difficult. A total of 3 questions for maximum 100 marks were asked in NIFT CAT.

According to the inputs from the candidates, the GAT paper was quite tricky. Majority of the candidates found the Quantitative section difficult, however, English section was easy. The General Knowledge and Current Affairs section was easy to moderate.

Candidates appearing for the B.FTech admission to NIFT found GAT questions moderately difficult. Students found Analytical & Logical Ability questions tricky.
What after NIFT 2021?
Candidates will be shortlisted for NIFT situation test based on their performance in the written exam. NIFT 2021 answer key will be available on the official website i.e nift.ac.in on February 17.
