Candidates must check the NIFT provisional seat allotment letter after each round of allocation and pay the seat acceptance fee online to secure their seat. Candidates can also exercise the 'upgrade' or 'slide' or 'freeze' option. The 'freeze' options must not be selected if the candidate is waiting for allotment of a campus or course of higher precedence in any subsequent round.
NIFT Admissions 2023: Seats available, candidate preference
NIFT informs that only the campuses and courses that have been selected by the candidate will be taken into consideration. This rule applies even if the candidate otherwise qualifies based on the merit list.
