NIFT Counselling 2025: Round 2 application correction window open; edit details by 5 pm

NIFT Form Correction 2025: The document verification for candidates who make corrections in their application form will be conducted till 8 pm.
The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has opened the application correction window for the second round of NIFT UG, PG counselling 2025 today, July 12. Candidates who applied for the NIFT counselling 2025 can edit their application form through the official website at nift.admissions.nic.in. The correction window will remain open till 5 pm today.
During the correction period, candidates can make changes to details such as personal information, category, campus preferences, programme choices, and uploaded documents, if required. The institute will also conduct document verification for candidates who make corrections in their application form today, till 8 pm.
As per the information bulletin, candidates participating in rounds 2 and 3 of NIFT counselling 2025 are allowed to make corrections in their application form, specifically for NRI-sponsored seats, if required. Candidates who had earlier selected “NO” in response to the question “Do you want to apply for NRI Sponsored seats?” during registration can now change their response to “YES”.
However, changing from “YES” to “NO” is not permitted. This correction facility is available only within the specified correction window and applies exclusively to NRI-sponsored seat applications. Following application correction and documents verification, the choice filling and modification window will be available from July 14 to July 16.

NIFT Round 2 Counselling 2025: Seat allotment on July 18
As per the schedule, seat allotment results for round 2 will be announced on July 18. Candidates who are allotted seats will have time from July 18 to July 21, up to 12 midnight, to submit their willingness and pay the admission fee. The same window applies for those who wish to withdraw from the process.
The NIFT UG, PG counselling 2025 will be conducted in three rounds and an additional spot round. Candidates allotted a seat for the first time can choose from three options: Floating for upgradation to higher choices across campuses, sliding (for BDes only) for upgradation within the same campus, and freezing to retain the allotted seat without any further changes.
