NEW DELHI: National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has begun the registration process for secondary Class 10 and senior secondary Class 12 NIOS public exam 2022. The application form is open now for the April-May 2023 exam on the official website, nios.ac.in.

The NIOS Class 10, 12 public exam 2023 registration window will be open till January 10 for students who have enrolled for April 2023 exam and unsuccessful eligible learners of previous examinations.
Students who have registered and appeared in the October-November 2022 exam will also be able to register between December 26 to January 10 without late fee.
“Class 12 students must ensure an essential gap of two years from the passing year of secondary examination for the purpose of obtaining a passing certificate. If the learner does not have the requisite gap of two years, he/she can register only in a maximum of four subjects (including the subjects already passed) for the forthcoming April-May examinations,” the NIOS notice said.
“The learners are therefore requested to select the subjects accordingly to appear in the examination. The requisite examination fee for appearing in the exam is to be paid by visiting NIOS website: sdmis.nios.ac.in,” it said.

Students can follow the steps given below to pay the examination fee for the upcoming NIOS Class 10, 12 April 2023 exam.
- Visit the NIOS official website, sdmis.nios.ac.in.
- Click on the Examination/Result link available on the homepage.
- Click on the examination link to pay the NIOS exam fees.
- Enter the 12 digit enrollment number and submit.
- Pay the exam fee and fill in details.
- Download the form for future reference.
