NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the online application process for the Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) January 2025 exam. Eligible candidates can fill out the SWAYAM January 2025 application form by visiting the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/swayam/.
“National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting Online Application Form for Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds [SWAYAM-2025 (January Semester)] Exam from 1 April 2025 for 594 Courses,” the official notice said.
The last date to register for the SWAYAM 2025 January semester exam is April 21. The SWAYAM 2025 January exam will be conducted on May 17, 18, 24, and 25, 2025. The SWAYAM 2025 exam will be conducted in a hybrid mode, including both computer-based and pen-and-paper tests for 594 courses.
The SWAYAM January 2025 exam will be held in two shifts, each lasting 180 minutes. Shift 1 is scheduled from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, while shift 2 will take place from 3 pm to 6 pm. The SWAYAM January 2025 application corrections window will be open from April 23 to April 2.
To register for the SWAYAM January 2025 exam, general category candidates will have to pay Rs 750 for the first course and Rs 600 for each additional course. For candidates from the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories, the fee is Rs 500 for the first course and Rs 400 for each additional course.

SWAYAM January 2025 Registration: Documents required
Before filling out the SWAYAM January 2025 application form, candidates should ensure they have the following documents ready:
- Date of birth as per the Class 10 board certificate
- Educational and qualification details
- Scanned passport-size photograph (JPG/JPEG, 10 kb–200 kb) in colour or black and white, with 80% face visibility (without a mask) against a white background
- Scanned signature (JPG/JPEG, 4 kb–30 kb)
- Category, PwD, PwBD certificate (if appalicable) in JPG/JPEG format (50 kb–300 kb)
- List of preferred exam cities
- Bank account details for fee payment
- A valid email ID for official communication
- A valid mobile number for SMS alerts
- A debit/credit card or net banking details for online payment
