OJEE Counselling 2024: Final allotment today; seat acceptance fee, instructions for candidates

OJEE 2024 Admissions: The final seat allotment for BTech, BArch, BPlan, BCAT, and integrated MSc programmes will be available on ojee.nic.in.
NEW DELHI: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) board will announce the OJEE counselling 2024 final seat allotment for BTech, BArch, BPlan, BCAT, integrated MSc programmes today, August 29. Candidates who participated in the final round of counselling will be able to check their allotment status on the official website, ojee.nic.in.
According to the counselling process, students who secure a seat in the final phase will have to download the allotment order and report to the allotted institute. Newly allotted students will be required to choose the freeze option, upload required documents, and pay the part admission fee to confirm their seats.
The seat confirmation fee is Rs 10,000 for candidates belonging to the general category and Rs 5,000 for SC, ST, and PT applicants. The fee payment can be made online through BILLDESK, HDFC, or SBI gateway by net banking, debit card or credit card. The fee will be forfeited if the candidate does not report to the finally allotted institute.
The documents will be verified and candidates will be notified in case of any issues, through email and SMS. Students must resolve the queries raised by the document verifying officer within the given deadline failing which the document verification will be cancelled leading to withdrawal of the allotted seat.
Only a reported candidate is allowed to withdraw, if he or she is not satisfied with the allotment or for any other reason. For withdrawal of a seat, a candidate will have to login using their credentials and follow the withdrawal process after which he or she will be eligible for refund of total admission fee. The refund will be initiated only after the counseling process is over.
OJEE 2024 Counselling: List of documents required
The following documents will be needed to be uploaded by the candidates for verification:
- OJEE 2024 rank card
- HSC or any other relevant certificate showing date of birth
- Class 12 marksheet
- Class 12 pass certificate
- Resident or nativity certificate
- Caste certificate, if applicable
- Income certificate for TFW candidates
- EWS certificate
- Green card issued by family welfare department
- Employment certificate of candidate’s parents
- Certificate in support of Outlying Odia Speaking Tract (OL) category
