PUCAT 2024 registration deadline extended till June 20; application fee, eligibility

NEW DELHI: The Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University has extended the Purvanchal University Combined Admission Test (PUCAT) 2024 registration deadline to June 20. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the PUCAT 2024 application form by visiting the official website, vbspu.ac.in. The university has also announced the PUCAT 2024 schedule.
The PUCAT 2024 exam will be held on July 3 and July 4. Candidates will be able to download the PUCAT 2024 admit card from June 25. As per the official schedule, PUCAT 2024 answer key will be published on July 4. The PUCAT 2024 result date is July 12. PUCAT 2024 counselling process will begin from July 16 onwards.
The PUCAT 2024 exam will be held in offline mode. The medium of the paper is English. The duration of the PUCAT 2024 exam is 2 hours. There will be only multiple-choice questions (MCQ) in PUCAT 2024. The PUCAT 2024 paper will carry a total of 100 questions. Candidates will get 1 mark for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
PUCAT 2024 eligibility criteria

MA: Applicants are required to hold a bachelor's degree from any discipline and must have attained at least 45% in their undergraduate studies from a recognized institution.
MSc: Candidates are required to have completed their BSc and must have pursued the subject they are applying for as a major during their undergraduate studies.
MBA: Candidates are required to have completed their BBA, BA, BCom and must have achieved a minimum of 45% in their undergraduate studies.
PUCAT 2024 application fee
Candidates are required to pay PUCAT 2024 application fee to complete the registration process. Candidates belonging to the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500. On the other hand, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) are required to pay Rs 250 as PUCAT 2024 application fee.
