Rishihood University announces scholarships of over Rs 7 crore for UG programmes

Rishihood University will consider scores of SAT, JEE, UCEED, IPMAT etc. for scholarship.
NEW DELHI: Rishihood University has announced the Bharat100 scholarship of over seven crores for undergraduate programmes in entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence (AI), finance, design, and psychology. The programme is scheduled to begin on August 12, 2024.
According to the official press release, eligible students can apply to avail of the scholarship through the online portal at apply.rishihood.edu.in. Following the application process, students will undergo an interview with experts who will determine the outcome and award of the scholarship.
The institute will consider the scores from national or international tests such as the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED), Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT), etc., for the scholarship. Students who have not taken any of these tests must undergo Rishihood’s Scholarship and Aptitude Test as an alternative.

Rishihood University scholarships
As per the institute, the scholarship will cover up to 100% of the tuition fee. Five students will receive a full scholarship, 15 students will receive a 75% scholarship, 20 students will receive a 50% scholarship, and 60 students will receive up to a 40% scholarship. Students with achievements in academics, extracurricular activities, sports, science, social work, and innovation will get preference. Students from any academic stream can apply.
Industry leaders and entrepreneurs like Motilal Oswal, Ankur Warikoo, Prashant Sachan (Apps for Bharat), Sachin Gupta (Probo), Anmol Jain (AstroTalk), Srikanth Velamakanni (Fractal Analytics), and others will conduct interviews for the scholarship applicants, the official press release read.
