RRB NTPC 2025 registration begins for 3,058 UG posts; apply by November 27

The Railway Recruitment Board has opened applications for 3,058 NTPC undergraduate posts. Candidates can apply online at rrbapply.gov.in by November 27.
RRB NTPC 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has started the online registration process for undergraduate-level posts under the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC). Candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam are eligible to apply through the official website, rrbapply.gov.in.
As per the official notification published on October 27, the recruitment drive aims to fill approximately 3,058 positions for several NTPC UG-level posts, such as junior clerk-cum-typist, accounts clerk-cum-typist, junior time keeper, trains clerk, and commercial-cum-ticket clerk.
Once the application period closes on November 27, the RRB will publish the exam dates and admit cards region-wise. The computer-based test (CBT-1) is going to be the first round of the selection process and is likely to take place in 2026.

RRB NTPC 2025: UG eligibility criteria
To apply for the NTPC undergraduate vacancies, candidates should:
- Have passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Be 18-30 years old as of January 1, 2025 (age relaxation for reserved categories as applicable).
- Have the minimum typing proficiency (as applicable to some posts).
- The selection process consists of Computer-Based Tests (CBT-1 and CBT-2), typing skill test/computer-based aptitude test (in case required), and then document verification and medical examination.

To apply for the RRB NTPC 2025 exam, follow the steps given below:
- Go to the official RRB application portal: www.rrbapply.gov.in
- Register with a valid mobile number and email ID
- Enter personal and educational details carefully
- Upload a recent photograph, signature, and documents as per specifications
- Pay the application fee of Rs 500 for General/OBC and Rs 250 for SC/ST/Women/Minority/EWS candidates
- Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
