SAMS Odisha 2nd allotment 2025 results out; college reporting from June 23

Selected candidates have to either freeze, float, or slide their allocated seats. In order to confirm the seat, candidates must pay the admission fee and report at the institute.
The second provisional seat allotment list is out for the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha undergraduate (UG) admissions 2025. Candidates who have been allotted seats are required to exercise the freeze, float, or slide options on the official website, degree.samsodisha.gov.in.
If a candidate is satisfied with the allotment, they will have to select the ‘freeze’ option and pay the SAMS Odisha seat acceptance fee to confirm admission. They are also required to complete the document verification by visiting the college between June 23 to 25.
Candidates who wish to retain the allocated seat, and also prefer to be considered for a higher preference submitted by them, will have to choose the float option. Those not satisfied with the seat allocation can express their willingness to participate in the subsequent rounds by selecting the slide option.
SAMS Odisha 2nd round allotment results were scheduled to be announced at 11 am today, however, it got rescheduled to 7 pm. Candidates selected in round 1 were also allowed to complete the document verification process by June 21, by 3 pm.

According to the Government of Odisha, a reservation of 11.25% will be given to the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) in Odisha UG admissions.
