NEW DELHI: State Bank of India (SBI) has will close the registration window for the Probationary Officer (PO) 2024 recruitment exam tomorrow, January 19. interested candidates who have not yet applied can fill out the SBI PO application form 2024 through the official website, sbi.co.in. Earlier, the last date to register for the SBI PO 2025 exam was January 16, 2025.

As per the official schedule, the last date to pay the SBI PO application fee is January 19, 2025. The SBI PO prelims admit card for the prelims exam will be issued in the third or fourth week of February 2025. The SBI PO 2024 Main exam will be held in April or May 2025.
The SBI recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 600 vacancies for the probationary officer vacancies in the department. Out of these, 240 vacancies are for Unreserved (UR), 158 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 87 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 57 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), and 58 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

The SBI PO 2024 prelims exam will have a total of 100 questions divided into three sections: English Language, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability. The exam will be held for a duration of 1 hour. The final selection will be done based on the candidate's performance in prelims, mains, psychometric tests, group exercises, and interviews.
