SRCC Placements 2023: Highest package at Rs 35 lakh; Nearly 40% increase in average salary
SRCC Delhi has recorded over 220 offers in phase one of placements 2023 so far with median package of Rs 14 lakh per annum and Rs 13.2 lakh average salary.

NEW DELHI: Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi concluded it's first phase of 2022-23 campus placements with the highest offer recorded at Rs 35 lakh per annum. The college has recorded over 220 offers so far.
SRCC campus placements for 2023 has witnessed an increase of 39.9% in average salary from Rs 9.43 lakh in 2021-22 placements to Rs 13.2 lakh this year. Meanwhile, the median package stands at Rs 14 lakh per annum. Consulting companies such as Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Accenture, HCL technologies, Barclays, American Express, McKinsey & Company, BDG, Bain & Co., Meesho and Paytm among others participated in the recruitment process.

As for internships offers received by the students, the average stipend was recorded at Rs 80,000 per month and the highest stipend was Rs 2.2 lakh per month. The gross value of the internships at the SRCC placements 2023 was Rs 10.5 lakh. The college has seen an increase as compared to 2021-22 placement session where the highest stipend was Rs 1.5 lakh per month while the average stipend was at Rs 43,000 per month.
The SRCC placement cell has provided the students with skill-based training with over 60 organised speaker sessions, 7 mentorship programmes, and more than 185 small group sessions. The placement highlights for the 2021-22 session was- highest package at Rs 30.6 lakh per annum; median package at Rs 7.8 lakh per annum; over 560 offers recorded.
