SRM University Andhra Pradesh opens MTech admissions 2026; offers 100% scholarships, monthly stipends

Candidates can apply for SRM University AP admission 2026 through the official website, srmap.edu.in. The application fee is Rs 1,400.
SRM University, Andhra Pradesh, has started accepting online applications for admission to the Master of Technology (MTech) programme. Eligible candidates can apply for SRM University MTech admission 2026 on the official website, srmap.edu.in, by February 15.
To apply for SRM University AP admissions 2026, candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1,400.
“After submitting the MTech application form, an application number will be generated. All communications until the admission process is complete will be sent to the email address used during registration, and this email address cannot be changed,” according to the SRM statement.
SRM University AP Admission 2026: Eligibility
Candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Science (MSc) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in undergraduate studies as well as in Class 10 and Class 12 are eligible to apply for SRM University MTech admission 2026.
Candidates under the non-resident Indian (NRI) category, as well as PIO or OCI card holders, will have to apply only through the international student application form.
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the GATE exam or the SRM MTech entrance exam, followed by a personal interview.
SRM University MTech Admission 2026: Scholarship, fees
For SRM University AP admissions 2026, the yearly tuition fee is Rs 1,50,000. Selected candidates may receive a 100% tuition fee waiver as a scholarship along with a monthly stipend of Rs 6,000.
Additionally, candidates will have to pay a non-refundable admission fee of Rs 10,000 and a training and development fee of Rs 10,000.
The MTech programmes at SRM University offer specialisations in artificial intelligence and machine learning, cyber security, data science, materials and manufacturing technology, thermal engineering, embedded systems and IoT, VLSI, and environmental and sustainable engineering.

“Our MTech programmes are designed to give students strong basics, technical skills, and exposure to the latest research, preparing them to succeed in both research and professional careers, SRM University AP, the director of admissions, Y Siva Sankar said.
Siva Sankar also highlighted that the university has over 1,200 recruitment partners, 70+ global collaborations, 80+ advanced laboratories, and 7 centres of excellence. He added that the highest placement package for MTech students is 32 LPA.
