SRMJEEE 2025 counselling for phase 1 BTech admissions from May 7

Check Now!NEW DELHI: The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) has declared the results for the SRM Engineering Entrance Examination 2025 (SRMJEE 2025) for phase 1. The institute will conduct an online counselling process for which the choice filling will begin from May 7, 2025.
Candidates will be able to choose their desired programme from May 14 to 21. Notably, the last date to pay the admission fee is May 31. Candidates can check their scores using their login details such as ID and password through the official website at srmist.edu.in.
Only candidates, who have qualified the SRMJEEE 2025 written test are eligible to apply for the counselling phase 1 through the official portal. The counselling process for BTech admissions at SRMIST comprises choice filling, seat acceptance, seat allotment, issuance of the provisional admission letter, and payment of the tuition fee.

SRMIST Admission 2025: Documents required for counselling
Candidates should carry the list of documents given below at the SRMJEEE 2025 phase 1 counselling process.
- SRMJEEE admit card or hall ticket.
- Class 12 or equivalent examination mark sheet.
- Class 10 or equivalent examination mark sheet.
- Original and photo copy of the photo identity card.
- Cancelled cheque leaf with the name of the candidate or parent or grandparent printed.
- Recipes for payment made through the E-Pay facility or a demand draft.
The seat allotment will also be done separately for each round of SRMJEEE counselling. Candidates, who have been allotted seats, will have to pay the admission fee within the deadline. Participating students will be given seats on the basis of their performance in the SRMJEEE 2025.
"Upon acceptance of allotment, the student will have to pay Rs.1,10,000 which includes one one-time non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of Rs.10,000 and the SRM counselling fees of Rs.1,00,000 (part of tuition fee). Failure to pay the counselling fee within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of the allotment," as per the official notice by the institute.
