SSC GD 2025 admit card download link active at ssc.gov.in; candidates ask for new exam centre

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) General Duty (GD) constable admit card download link is available on the official website at ssc.gov.in. The SSC GD 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on February 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 25, 2025.

Eligible candidates can download the SSC GD admit card 2025 using their login credentials such as registration number and password. The SSC GD2025 exam will be conducted in four shifts. The shift 1 exam will be held from 9 am to 10 am, with a reporting time of 7:45 am and gate closing time at 8:30 am.

SSC GD Constable shift 2 exam will take place from 12 noon to 1 pm, with a reporting time of 10:45 am and gate closing time at 11:30 am. Shift 3 is scheduled from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm and shift 4 will run from 5 pm to 6 pm. The SSC GD constable recruitment 2025 drive aims to fill a total of 39,481 vacancies in the department.

SSC GD 2025 Admit Card: Candidates call for exam centre change

In a recent update, some candidates have raised concerns regarding the allocated exam centre. Tweeting a post on X, a candidate asked for an exam centre change, highlighting that the centre mentioned in their admit card is located in Dhenkanal, which is about 400 km away from the location, he filled in the application form.

“Respected @SSCorg__in, @dpradhanbjp, @SSCorg_in Sir/Madam I had already given the preference of Examination Centre 2025 of the post SSC GD, but in my Admit Card, the given examination centre is in Dhenkanal which about 400KM far from me. Please change centre,” the candidate posted on X.

Another candidate expressing disappointment over SSC GD exam centre allocation, posted, “Applied for SSC GD with Agra, Bareilly, or Lucknow as my preferred city, but got New Delhi instead! Why ask for preferences if they aren’t considered? How can a common man afford the travel expenses to the capital? @SSCofficial, please fix this!”

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the SSC GD admit card 2025

• Go to the official website, ssc.gov.in.
• On the homepage, look for the login link and click on it.
• Enter the login details such as the application number and password.
• Now, click the admit card tab and select the exam name.
• The SSC GD admit card 2025 will appear on the screen.
• Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.
