SSC GD constable answer key 2024 expected soon; 26,146 vacancies to be filled

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to issue the answer key for General Duty (GD) constable 2023 soon. Students who appeared for the recruitment examination will be able to download the SSC GD constable answer key 2024 through the official website, ssc.nic.in.

Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to access the SSC GD constable answer key 2024.

Candidates can use the SSC GD constable answer key to calculate their probable scores in the exam. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Medical Examination, and Document Verification.

The SSC GD 2024 exam was conducted from February 20 to March 7 at various examination centres across the country. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 26,146 constable vacancies in the department.

SSC GD Constable Exam 2024: Marking scheme

The SSC GD Constable written exam comprised of 200 questions. For each correct answer, one mark is awarded while 0.5 mark is deducted for an incorrect attempt. The exam was conducted for duration of 2 hours. Candidates can check the SC GD Constable marking scheme given below-

• +1 for the correct answer
• - 0.5 for incorrect answer
• 0 for unattempted question

SSC will issue the GD Constable provisional answer key and candidates will be given the opportunity to raise their objections against it. The SSC GD constable final answer key 2024 will be issued after reviewing the objections filed by the candidates against the provisional answer key. The SSC GD constable result 2024 is expected to be announced in last week of March on the official portal, ssc.nic.in.
