Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Committee (SSC) has issued the provisional answer keys of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2024 (Paper-2) on November 11. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment examination can download the SSC JE provisional answer keys 2024 from the official website at ssc.gov.in.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the Tier 2 answer key can raise objections against it. The SSC JE answer key objection window will remain open till November 14, 2024.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the SSC JE tier 2 answer key 2024.
“Representation in respect of the Tentative Answer Keys, if any, may be submitted online from 11.11.2024 (08:00 PM) to 14.11.2024 (08:00 PM) on payment of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) per question/ answer challenged. Representations received after 08:00 PM on 14.11.2024 will not be entertained under any circumstances,” the official notification read.
SSC JE Tier 2 Answer Key: Objection fee
Candidates can use the SSC JE provisional answer key 2024 to calculate their probable scores in the examination. The examination authority will issue the SSC JE tier 2 final answer key after considering the objections received against the provisional answer key.

Candidates will have to pay Rs 100 per question challenged to raise objections against the SC JE tier 2 answer key 2024. The objection fee has to be submitted online via credit, debit card or net banking.
SSC JE Tier 2 exam pattern 2024
The SSC JE Tier 2 exam is a descriptive test, worth a total of 300 marks (3 questions, 100 marks each). It assesses technical knowledge in the candidate’s specific engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).

- Duration: 2 hours.
- Question Type: Descriptive (based on engineering concepts).
- Total Marks: 300 (3 questions, 100 marks each).
