In the event that two candidates score the same marks in the SSC CGL 2024 exam, the tie will be resolved based on the following criteria:

A total of 2,833 candidates have been shortlisted for the SSC CGL Tier-II exam (Paper-I and Paper-II for Statistics) for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr. II. Out of these, 485 candidates are from Scheduled Tribes (ST), 1,106 from Other Backward Classes (OBC), 352 from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 276 from Unreserved (UR)*, 213 from Hearing Handicapped (HH), 181 from Visually Handicapped (VH), and 220 from Other Persons with Disabilities (Other-PWD).

A total of 165,240 candidates have been shortlisted for the SSC CGL Tier-II exam from List 3. Out of these, 31,131 candidates are from Scheduled Castes (SC), 16,019 from Scheduled Tribes (ST), 50,191 from Other Backward Classes (OBC), 23,746 from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 25,814 from Unreserved (UR)*, 11,133 from Ex-Servicemen (ESM), 2,093 from Orthopedically Handicapped (OH), 2,042 from Hearing Handicapped (HH), 1,694 from Visually Handicapped (VH), and 1,377 from Other Persons with Disabilities (Other-PWD).
