TN 10th, 12th Result Out: Girls record higher pass percentage in Class 10, 12 exams

NEW DELHI: Tamil Nadu board has declared TN 10th, 12th result 2022 today, June 20 through a press conference. This year, the overall pass percentage of Class 12 students is 93.76% while that of Class 10 students is 90.07%. Tamil Nadu Class 12 result link is active on the official website – tnresults.nic.in and students can check their results by entering their roll numbers and date of birth. In Class 10 exam 2022, a total of 9,12,620 candidates appeared including 4,60,120 boys and 4,52,499 girls. Out of those who appeared for the exam, 3,94,920 boys have passed whereas 4,27,073 girls have cleared the exam. The overall pass percentage of boys is 85.8% whereas girls have recorded 94.4%.

A total of 8,062,77 students appeared in plus two exam 2022 including 3,84,655 boys and 4,21,622 girl students. Out of those who appeared for the exam, 3,49,893 boys have passed whereas 4,06,105 girls have cleared the exam. The overall percentage of boys is 90.96% whereas that of girls is 96.32% in Class 12.

District-wise, Perambalur district has recorded the highest overall pass percentage with 97.53% in plus two result 2022. Kanyakumari district topped Class 10 exam with 97.22% overall pass percentage. Moreover, 65 candidates have scored above 495 marks in Class 10 exam.
