Telangana NEET PG final merit list 2024 was released on December 30. A total of 3,314 applicants were declared eligible for the state counselling in the provisional list, after the high court orders.
Many aspirants wrote to state chief minister Revanth Reddy highlighting the various concerns regarding the delay in state NEET PG counselling. The students complained of financial and emotional stress due to postponement in the admission process as many settled for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats, much far from their homes.
The Telangana NEET PG counselling 2024 was stalled due to several discrepancies in NEET PG state merit list and the new domicile rule which mandated four consecutive years of schooling in the state to claim the state quota in admissions.
