NEW DELHI: The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) has extended the registration deadline for the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE) 2025 exam. As per the board’s update, the registration deadline has been extended from March 6 to 9.
According to the official notice, the TJEE online application can be submitted along with the necessary documents through the board’s official website, tbjee.nic.in.
“It is hereby notified by the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination that the second phase of the online application for the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination-2025, conducted by the board for admission to engineering, technological, veterinary, fisheries, agriculture and paramedical courses etc, under the board, has been extended from 6th March to 9th March 2025.” the TJEE notice reads.
Previously, the last date to register for the TJEE 2025 exam was February 24. The exam is scheduled to be held on April 23 in three shifts.
The TJEE 2025 application fee for general male category candidates is Rs 550, and for SC and ST male candidates is Rs 450. All female and BPL category candidates have to pay Rs 350 as applicable fee.
The TJEE 2025 exam will be held in an offline mode in English and Bengali medium for a duration of three hours. The exam will be held in three shifts – shift 1 for 90 minutes; shift 2 for 45 minutes; and shift 3 for 45 minutes.
The physics and chemistry exam will be conducted from 11 am to 12:30 pm, the Biology exam from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm, followed by the maths exam, which will be held from 3 pm to 3:45 pm.
The subjects include physics, chemistry, maths, and bio. The exam paper comprises 90 multiple choice questions. As per the marking scheme, candidates will be awarded +4 marks for each answer and -1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
