TN TRB 2023 exam postponed due to heavy rains; exam on February 4

NEW DELHI: The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board has issued a notification regarding postponement of the TN TRB 2023 recruitment exam. According to the revised date, the TN TRB 2023 exam will now be held on February 4.
The TN TRB exam 2023 was earlier scheduled on January 7, but had to be rescheduled due to severe rainfall and subsequent floods in the state's southern districts.
The board has officially confirmed the postponing of tests in response to the Chief Minister's request. The decision to postpone the TN TRB 2023 exam was taken for the convenience of candidates living in regions impacted by heavy rains and floods.
The recruitment exam is being held for 2,222 vacancies of graduate teachers.
The TN TRB board has issued the admit card for the recruitment exam. Candidates who have applied for the TN TRB exam 2023 can download their hall tickets from the official website at trb.tn.gov.in using their registration Id and password.
TN TRB exam pattern 2023
The TN TRB exam consists of two papers. Paper I consist of a compulsory Tamil language test carrying 50 marks, whereas paper II consists of a subject-specific test carrying 150 marks. Both papers are to be answered in OMR format as they will include multiple-choice questions only.
