TPSC JE 2025 registration deadline extended to April 7; apply online at tpsc.tripura.gov.in

NEW DELHI: The Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has extended the registration deadline for the junior engineer (JE) recruitment exam 2025. Candidates can now fill out the TPSC JE application form 2025 till April 7 through the official website at tpsc.tripura.gov.in.
Earlier, the last date to register for the TPSC JE 2025 was March 21. The recruitment drive aims to fill 198 vacancies. Of these, 105 are for Junior Engineer grade 1 posts and 93 are for Junior Engineer grade 2 posts.
“It is for information of all concerned that the Commission is pleased to extend the online Application form up to 07-04-2025 (5.30 PM) for the ongoing recruitment process of Junior Engineer, Grade-I & Grade-II, Civil Engineering under RD Department, Govt. of Tripura,” the official notice said.
To be eligible for the TPSC JE 2025 exam, candidates must know either Bengali or Kokborok. Candidates must be between 18 years old and 40 years old of age as of March 21, 2025. For Junior Engineer grade 1, a degree in civil engineering is required. For JE Grade 2, candidates must have a diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution.
TPSC JE Registration 2025: Application fee
For Group-B gazetted posts, the TPSC JE application fee is Rs 350 for general category candidates and Rs 250 for candidates from reserved categories, including scheduled tribes (ST), scheduled castes (SC), below poverty line (BPL) cardholders, and physically handicapped candidates.
For Group-C non-gazetted posts, the application fee is Rs 200 for general category candidates and Rs 150 for SC, ST, BPL and physically handicapped candidates.
