TS EAMCET 2018 Counselling Registration for Round 2 Starts

NEW DELHI, JULY 6:  Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has started the registrations for the second round of counselling of TS EAMCET 2018. Eligible candidates can register online from July 6 to July 8. Candidates will have to pay the processing fee of Rs 1200 (Rs 600 for SC/ST Candidates) till the last day. Candidates who have participated in the first round of counselling can also exercise options using their old login credentials. Candidates who did not get their documents verified in the first phase of counselling must get it done from July 7 to July 8. After verification of documents is completed, candidates have to exercise and freeze their chosen options. The seat allotment result for second round will be released on July 12.

How to register?

Candidates have to register online by entering the following details:

• Registration Number given on TSEAMCET-2018 Hall Ticket.

• Date of Birth as mentioned in the SSC Marks Memo.

• Hall Ticket Number of Intermediate or its equivalent.

• Candidates have to fill the application form and enter the details regarding Mobile No. and Email Address.

• Candidates shall also fill the details of Caste Certificate and Income Certificate application Number issued by MeeSeva, if applicable.

Payment of Processing fee

Candidates have to pay the Processing Fee of Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST) and Rs. 1200/- (for others) through online payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) before attending for the Certificate Verification. The candidates who did not pay processing fee during first phase counselling has to pay now. Without payment of Processing Fee, the candidate is not permitted to attend for Certificate Verification.

Who can exercise options for the second round?

• Candidates who have secured seat but not interested to join.

• Candidates who have not secured seat so far but got their certificates verified.

• Candidates who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.

• Candidates who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option.

• Any other eligible candidates who had qualified in TS EAMCET 2018 and secured 45% (for OC) and 40% (for others) in group subjects of intermediate or its equivalent examination.

Points to be noted:

• Options given in the first round will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise options afresh.

• Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and reported to the allotted college after paying tuition fee are not required to exercise option once again.

• Candidates shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, they will have no claim on previous allotment.
