TS EdCET 2024: Candidates can fill out the TS EdCET application form by May 6 without a late fee. The exam will be held on May 23 in two shifts.

NEW DELHI: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has begun the registration process for the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EdCET 2024) today, March 6. Eligible candidates should complete the TS EdCET 2024 registration process by May 6 through the official website edcet.tsche.ac.in without paying any late fee.
TS EdCET 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 23 in two shifts. Shift one exam will begin from 10 am to 12 pm and the second shift will begin from 2 pm to 4 pm.
On behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda will conduct the TS EdCET 2024 entrance exam for the two-year Bachelor of Education (BEd) course for the academic year 2024-2025. The admit card for TS EdCET 2024 exam will be issued on May 20, 2024.
Candidates from unreserved (UR), other backward class (OBC) categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs 750 to register for the TS EdCET 2024 exam. The candidates belonging to scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), and persons with disability (PwD) categories, should pay Rs 500 as an application fee.
The last date to fill out the TS EdCET 2024 application form with a late fee of Rs 250 is May 13.

Age limit: The candidate’s age should be at least 19 years old as of July 1 of the year when the notification is published. There is no upper age limit criterion for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

The TS EdCET 2024 entrance exam carries one mark, and the test is conducted for a total of 150 marks. Candidates will have a duration of two hours to complete the exam. The subject-wise marks are given in the table below.
