From this year, the board has decided to conduct the Class 10 board exam, twice-a-year. Under this proposed format, students will be allowed to appear for board exams in two phases during the academic year, giving them an additional opportunity to improve their scores. The move is aimed at reducing exam stress and providing greater flexibility for students to perform better. CBSE’s new system is part of reforms aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
