TS Inter 1st Year Board Exam 2024: 19,641 students absent; 3 malpractice cases reported on day 1

Enrol NowNEW DELHI: 3.86 percent of students were reported absent on day 1 of TS Inter 1st-year exam 2024. The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has successfully conducted the first exam of TS Inter first-year year students, today, February 28. The Telangana Intermediate 1st year board exam 2024 was conducted for second language paper 1. A total of 4,88,113 students appeared for the exam.
As per the TSBIE, a total of 5,07,754 students registered for Class 11 exam. The examination took place in a single shift from 9 am to 12 noon, with 19,641 students reported absent for today's session.
“Observers were sent to Nalgonda, Medak, Janagon, Nagarkurnool and Ranga Reddy districts from board to the examination centres and they stated that the examinations had been conducted smoothly and peacefully, without any untoward incidents,” the TSBIE said in an official statement.

TS Inter 1st-year Exam 2024: 3 cheating cases
The Telangana Board reported three cases of mal-practice during exams in three districts including Karimnagar, Nizamabad and Janagon.
As per the official exam schedule, the next exam for TS Inter first-year year students will be conducted on March 1 for English paper 1. The TS state board exam for Class 11 students will be concluded on March 18, 2024, with geography paper 1 and modern language Paper 1.
TS Inter 2nd year board exam 2024 will begin tomorrow, February 29 for second language paper 2. Students should carry their admit card at the exam centre. Entry to the examination centre will not be permitted for students participating in the TS Inter board exam 2024 if their hall tickets have not been signed by the principals or college heads.
