TS PGECET 2024 counselling registration deadline extended by August 29; eligibility, schedule

TS PGECET Counselling 2024: The list of provisionally selected candidates will be out on September 1 at pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in. GATE, GPAT qualified candidates can apply.
NEW DELHI: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the registration deadline for the Telangana State Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) 2024 counselling. As per the revised schedule, the TS PGECET 2024 counselling registration will conclude on August 29.

The institute will issue the list of provisionally selected candidates for TS PGECET 2024 counselling phase 1, compiled on a college-wise basis on September 1, 2024. Eligible candidates can register for the TS PGECET 2024 counselling through the official website, pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in.
Candidates from unreserved categories will need to pay a processing fee of Rs 1,200 for TS PGECET 2024 counselling registration. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will be required to pay Rs 600.
TS PGECET 2024 Counselling: Eligibility
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the TS PGECET 2024 counselling given below.

Candidates who have qualified for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) in 2022, 2023, or 2024, as well as those who have qualified for the TG PGECET 2024, are eligible to participate in the TS PGECET 2024 counselling.

The candidate must be a resident of the State of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

The candidate must meet the local and non-local status requirements as specified in the admission regulations.

The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) for Engineering and Technology courses, and 55% (50% for reserved categories) for Master of Pharmacy (MPharmacy) and Doctor of Pharmacy (Post-Baccalaureate) (PharmD (PB)) programmes.
