UCEED Counselling 2026: Round 3 BDes seat allotment result out; withdraw, exit between June 15-19

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has published the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED 2026) counselling round 3 seat allotment results. Candidates can download the UCEED round 3 allotment result 2026 on the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in, and pay the acceptance fee by June 14 to confirm their BDes seat.

Candidates who have been allotted a BDes seat can opt for withdrawal or exit from the allotment process between June 15 and June 19 by 6 pm. Students must opt for either the accept or the float options, or else their UCEED 2026 seat allotment process for further rounds will stand cancelled.

BDes seat allotment is determined by a candidate’s UCEED 2026 score and the institute preferences they submit during the admission process.

UCEED Counselling 2026: Round 3 closing ranks

Candidates have to qualify the cutoff for each UCEED counselling 2026 round to obtain a seat in that round. The category-wise closing ranks for UCEED counselling 2026 round 3 for IITs are shown in the table below.

UCEED Round 4 Seat Allotment 2026

As per the UCEED counselling 2026 schedule, the round 2 seat allotment results will be announced on June 24 and for round 5 on July 3. To confirm seats in the UCEED round 4 allotment 2026, candidates will have to confirm their seats by June 28 and apply for the ‘withdrawal or exit’ option between June 29 and July 1 by 6 pm. For the UCEED round 5 seat allotment, the seat acceptance fees can be paid between July 3 and 9.

UCEED Counselling 2026 refund process

Candidates who will pay the UCEED seat acceptance fee can only withdraw their seat on the prescribed withdrawal dates. The refund is applicable till completion of round 5, that is, July 1 by 6 pm. The refund will be Rs 55,000 for general, EWS, and OBC-NCL, and Rs 10,000 for other candidates, after deducting the seat cancellation and processing charges of Rs 5,000.
