UGC NET 2021 exam postponed again, NTA to announce new date soon

he National Testing Agency has issued a notice in which it has stated that the UGC NET 2021 exam for December 2020 and June 2021 session has been postponed. Check details to know the reason for postponement.
NEW DELHI- The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the UGC NET 2021 exam which was scheduled to take place from October 17 to October 25 has been postponed since it was clashing with other major exams. NTA is expected to announce the new UGC NET 2021 exam dates soon.

Earlier the UGC NET 2021 exam was supposed to be held from October 6-11 and then was rescheduled to October 6th to 8th and October 17th to October 19.

UGC NET Admit Card 2021 Release Date
Candidates were expecting to release the UGC NET 2021 admit card since less than a week’s time was left for the commencement of the UGC NET 2021 exam. NTA has urged the candidates to regularly visit the official website for any updates on the UGC NET 2021 exam date or the admit card release date.
UGC NET Exam Pattern 2021
According to the UGC NET 2021 exam pattern, the entrance test is of three hours. There are two papers in which the candidates have to appear for the subject that they have chosen. Both the papers of UGC NET 2021 exam are conducted in online mode. Paper 1 of UGC NET 2021 exam is common for all the candidates and they have to answer multiple choice questions while in paper , candidates have to answer subject specific questions.
Paper 1 is of 100 marks in which candidates have to answer 50 questions and two marks are awarded for every correct answer. Paper 2 of UGC NET 2021 has 100 multiple choice questions to be answered in 3 hours. For every correct answer, candidates are given 2 marks. The UGC NET 2021 question paper is available in English and Hindi language. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
