NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the answer key objection window for University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2024 today, February 3. Candidates who appeared for the eligibility test can raise objections against the UGC NET December 2024 answer key through the official website at ugnet.nta.ac.in.
As per the official notification, the UGC NET 2024 answer key objection window will close tomorrow at 6 pm. Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 as fee per question challenged. The UGC NET answer key objection fee can be submitted online via credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI.
NTA issued the UGC NET 2024 December answer key on January 31. "The Provisional Answer Key(s) for UGC - NET December 2024 Examination conducted on January 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 21 and 27, 2025 along with the Question Paper with Recorded Responses are available on the website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/ for candidates to challenge the provisional answer key", the official notice read.
The challenges made by the candidates against the UGC NET answer key 2024 will be verified by the panel consisting of subject experts. In case the challenge filed by the candidates is found to be correct, the UGC NET 2024 answer key will be revised. The UGC NET 2024 result will be announced on the basis of the final answer key released by the authority.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the UGC NET December 202 final answer key.
