Download NowThe University of Delhi (DU) has released the vacant seats for Common Seat Allocation System Undergraduate (CSAS UG) 2026-27 spot round I on the official website of DU admission at admission.uod.ac.in. Applicants who have not admitted to any college can start applying through the dashboard on the DU admission portal. The last date to apply is August 24, 2026 till 11:59 pm.

The official vacant list pdf reads, “The vacant seats displayed are as of 23-08-2026 1:00 PM. The exact number of seats may vary due to reconciliations, withdrawals, cancellations, redressal of grievances, etc. Withdrawals will remain suspended during the Spot Round.”
As per the list, a total of 13,433 vacant seats are available across 67 colleges. Of these, 2,113 seats are under the UR category, 4,133 under OBC-NCL, 2,038 under SC, 2,476 under ST and 1,791 under EWS. In addition, 316 seats are available for Christian applicants and 566 for Sikh applicants.

DU CSAS UG 2026-27 Spot Round 1 List: Steps to check
To check the DU CSAS UG 2026-27 spot round I, follow the steps given below:
- Visit the official website of DU admission at admission.uod.ac.in
- On the homepage, click on the ‘Vacant Seats for Spot Round-I’ link
- The pdf will appear on the screen
- Download the pdf and take a printout for further reference
As per the schedule, the spot allocation will be released on August 25, 2026, whereas the seat can be accepted by the applicants from August 25, 2026 to August 27, 2026. The college verification can be done until August 28, 2026 at 4:59 pm and the last date for fee payment will be done on August 29, 2026.
Only registered CSAS (UG) applicants who do not hold an admission on or after August 22, 2026, are eligible to participate in the spot round. Admission to the seat allotted in this round is mandatory for candidates. There will be no option to upgrade or withdraw once a seat is allocated. Aspirants who fail to accept the allotted seat will forfeit their eligibility for future DU admissions.
The official notification reads, "To be considered in a Spot Admission round, the candidate will have to opt for 'Spot Admission' through his/her dashboard. A desirable candidate will be able to select only those programme + college combinations where the seats are vacant as per the category."
