UP Board Exam 2026 LIVE: UPMSP Class 10 English ends, Class 12 Maths, Biology exams today; paper analysis soon

Around 8,033 centres will be monitored by a state-level control room in Lucknow. No electronic devices, books, or notes are allowed inside the exam hall, and strict action will be taken against unfair means.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will provide 20 minutes extra for students with disabilities to complete their Class 10th and 12th board papers.

The UP Board is conducting the Class 10th English examination from 8:30 am to 11:45 pm for around 7,50,945 students today, i.e., February 23, 2026.

Around 52,30,297 students registered for the 2026 board exams. Out of which approximately 7,50,945 students are enrolled in UP Board Class 10, including 14,38,682 boys and 13,12,263 girls.

Students are advised to arrive at the exam centreat least 45 minutes early with their admit card and a valid photo ID. Entry without these documents will not be permitted.

Write answers in points where possible, underline keywords, maintain margins, and avoid cluttered handwriting for better impression.

Quickly revise formulas from calculus, matrices, probability, and vector algebra. Write down important formulas once before leaving for the centre.

Do not forget to fill roll number and subject code correctly on OMR sheets. Avoid overwriting and ensure neat presentation for better evaluation.

Use the reading time to identify internal choices, mark high-scoring questions, and mentally plan structured answers before writing begins.

Attempt easy questions first, avoid spending too long on one section, and reserve the last 15 minutes to review calculations and diagrams carefully.

Focus on letter writing formats, unseen passages, and grammar rules. Revise common essay topics and ensure clarity in long answers to maximise marks.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and loose sheets are strictly banned. Violation of the board’s copy-free policy may lead to immediate disqualification.

UPMSP will conduct Class 10 English and Class 12 Mathematics, Biology papers on February 23 across 8,033 centres. A total of 52,30,297 students have registered for the 2026 High School and Intermediate exams.

Candidates will get 15 minutes exclusively to read the question paper before writing begins. Students are advised to plan answers carefully during this time.

Students must reach centres at least 45 minutes early. Carry the original admit card and valid school ID; entry without these documents will not be permitted.

Class 10 English will be held in the morning shift from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, while Class 12 Mathematics and Biology exams will take place from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
