Download NowThe Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will conduct the UP board Class 12 inter practical exam 2026 on January 29 and 30 as well, after change in Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET 2026) exam dates. Earlier, the UP board directed not to hold first phase practical exams on January 29 and 30 to avoid clash with UP TET exams 2026.

Therefore, due to the non-conduct of the UP TET 2026 exam, the practical exams for UP board can now be conducted on the given dates.
Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has scheduled UP TET 2026 exam on July 2, 3 and 4 . Last year, the newly appointed chairman and former Director General of Police (DGP) Prashant Kumar announced that the UP TET will be held on January 29 and 30. However, it was later postponed due to administrative and technical reasons.
As per UP Board’s official notice, UP board intermediate practical exams 2026 for phase 1 will be conducted from January 24 and 1 and second phase from February 2 to 9.
The UP board theory exams 2026 for both Class 12 and 10 will be held from February 18 to March 12. Every year, more than 54 lakh students participate in UP board exams 2026.
Recently, the board has mandated vocational training in Classes 9 and 11 . According to the board’s secretary Bhagwati Singh said that the subject committees have already approved and submitted the curriculum for vocational education which includes topics around information technology and allied fields, electronics, apparel, beauty, and wellness.
