UPPSC PCS prelims exam analysis 2021 for paper 1 - Geography tricks the candidates

UPPSC conducted paper 1 for PCS and ACF/RFO prelims exam in the first shift today. Aspirants who appeared in the UPPSC PCS prelims exam or those who are planning to appear in the future attempts can check the UPPSC PCS exam analysis to know the difficulty level of the question.
NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission conducted the Provincial Civil Service and ACF/RFO exam for the prelims stage today. Paper 1 of UPPSC PCS prelims exam was conducted from 09:30 am to 11:30 am and 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm and overall the candidates were tricked by the questions that were asked on Geography. According to the inputs that were provided by the candidates and some experts, overall the UPPSC pcs paper 1 of the prelims exam 2021 was moderately difficult.
The UPPSC question paper for the prelims was dynamic in nature as said by Vijay who was giving his second attempt, while Piyush who was in his 3rd attempt said that the questions were a bit lengthy and time consuming in paper 1. Both the candidates were of the view that the questions in geography were a bit confusing.

Rohit Kumar from Gazipur, who appeared in his first attempt said that the current affairs section was easy. A good number of questions were asked from government schemes.

What next after the UPPSC PCS exam?
UPPSC will release the result of the PCS exam on its official website uppsc.up.nic.in. Candidates who qualify in the UPPSC PCS exam will be eligible to appear in the mains exam. The UPPSC PCS mains exam is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2021. The UPPSC PCS mains exam will be conducted in essay based descriptive mode.
The mains exam of UPPSC PCS will be conducted for 8 papers, out of which 4 will be general studies, 2 will be optional papers while one each will be general Hindi and Essay.
