UPSC has released the merit list of candidates selected after interviews, and OTA.
NEW DELHI : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 2022 final result. Candidates can check the list of recommended candidates on the official website – upsc.gov.in.

“The following are the lists, in order of merit, in respect of 302 (*199 + ^103 ) candidates who have finally qualified on the basis of the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2022 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and Interviews held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to the (i) *Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for 118th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) and (ii) ^Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 32nd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course, commencing in October, 2023,” UPSC said in an official statement.

The commission said that the list of selected candidates also includes names of candidates who were recommended earlier for admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Courses.
SSC informed that it has not taken the medical examination of candidates into account for preparing the merit list. The candidature of all the candidates is Provisional. Verification of Date of Birth and Educational Qualification of these Candidates will be done by Army Head Quarters,” it added.
The marks of candidates will be available after 15 days and candidates will be able to download the score card within 30 days. The commission informed about the facilitation center and said that candidates can obtain any info on working days either physically or online. The final result for the written examination was declared in April and a total of 204 candidates had qualified.
