23 JMI Residential Coaching Academy students clear UPSC CSE 2021

Earlier, 52 students from Jamia Millia Islamia’s Residential Coaching Academy had cleared civil services mains exam 2021 held in January 2022.

Download EBookNEW DELHI: 23 students from Jamia Millia Islamia’s Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) have qualified the Union Public Service Commission’s Civil Services Examination 2021 including the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) topper Shruti Sharma. The Commission declared UPSC CSE 2021-22 result today at the official website – upsc.gov.in. This year, the top 3 candidates are women.

52 JMI RCA had cleared the civil services mains exam which was conducted in January 2022.
According to the final UPSC Civil Services result 2021-22, a total of 685 candidates have qualified. 200 candidates have been selected for Indian Police Services (IPS) rank whereas 37 candidates have been shortlisted for Indian Foreign Services (IFS) rank. The candidature of 80 candidates is provisional while the result of one candidate has been withheld, said UPSC.

Of the successful UPSC civil services exam candidates, 244 are from the general category, 73 from Economically Weaker Sections, 203 of Other Backward Classes, 105 from Scheduled Caste and 60 from the Scheduled Tribes, the Commission said.
JMI RCA has invited applications for free coaching for the 2022-2023 Civil Services preliminary and mains exams. In a statement, the university said the academy is inviting applications from minority, SC, ST and women candidates. The last date for submission of the JMI RCA application form 2022 is June 15.
