The applicants that fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria for the WBJEE 2023 exams will be able to register in the last week of December.

WBJEE 2023 Schedule
The WBJEEB has released the the WBJEE 2023 tentative schedule for the examinations, the schedule might change. "The test will he held once in a year and there shall be no further examination under any circumstances for those who are unable to appear on the date and time mentioned above." read the official WBJEE 2023 information brochure.

WBJEE 2023 papers and ranks
The candidates appearing in both paper-1 and paper-2 in the WBJEE 2023 will be eligible for both general merit rank (GMR) and the pharmacy merit rank (PMR). These candidates are considered for for admission in all courses. As for candidates appearing in only paper-2 will be eligible for PMR only (except Jadavpur University). Such candidates are considered for admission into pharmacy course only. However, candidates appearing only in paper-1 are not eligible for any rank. WBJEE 2023 paper pattern
All the question in the WBJEE 2023 exam will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with four options against each question. There will three categories of questions in each subject.

WBJEE 2023 guidelines for application process
- The WBJEE 2023 application must be filled and submitted online. There will be no printed application available.
- Duplicate attempts to apply for the WBJEE 2023 exams will not be allowed.
- Once the registration details such as name, father's name, mother's name, gender, date of birth are entered, the application cannot be modified, changes or edited under any circumstances.
- If any other information, other the the details mentioned above are to be corrected, WBJEEB will announce a 'correction period' allowing candidates to make the changes.
- The WBJEE examination fee will be only through online modes only- net banking, credit card, debit card or UPI. The application fee for WBJEE 2023 exams is Rs 500 for general candidates and Rs 499 for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B candidates. This fee is non-refundable.
- The WBJEEB has informed candidates that appearing in the exam and obtaining a rank does not guarantee admission. The applicable rules at the time of counselling will determine allotment and admission criteria.
