WBBSE 10th Result 2022: Education Minister’s namesake Bratya Basu in top 10, students share ranks

Download NowNEW DELHI: In West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) Madhyamik result 2022 , state education minister’s namesake Bratya Basu secured 8th position. At several positions, students have shared ranks in Class 10 results this year. The overall pass percentage is 86.60%. Boys outshined girls securing 88.59% while 85% girl students passed the board exams.
While Arnab Ghorai of Ramharipur Ramakrishna Mission High School, Bankura and Raunak Mondal of Burdwan CMS School shared the top position with 693 marks, Koushiki Sarkar and another Rounak Mondal shared the second rank.

Ananya Dasgupta of West Burdwan and Devshikha Pradhan of East Midnapore secured joint third with 691 marks. Four students secured fourth position securing 690 marks.
11 students secured fifth position with 689 marks whereas 6 students secured 6th spot with 688 marks.
10 students shared 7th rank with 687 marks while 22 students secured 8th position with 686 marks.
15 students shared 9th rank with 685 marks whereas 40 students secured 10th position with 684 marks.
East Midnapore district emerged as the top district having the highest pass percentage of 97.63 followed by Kalimpong district recording 94.27%.

WBBSE has announced Madhyamik result 2022 today, June 3, 2022 at 9 am. The Class 10 result link is available on the official websites, wbresults.nic.in and wbbse.wb.gov.in. Candidates can check West Bengal Madhyamik results by entering their roll number and date of birth.
Schools can collect marksheets of their students from the selected camp offices today from 10 am. Later, students can collect it from their respective schools. A total of 10,98,775 students had appeared for Madhyamik exams.
