NEW DELHI: The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT 2024) result link has been hosted on the official website, xatonline.in. The admission to participating will be held on the basis of XAT 2024 percentile. As per previous years’ trends, students who are able to secure 40 or more marks in XAT can expect 99 or above percentile. A XAT score of 35 will get the students more than 95 percentile.
As per the official notification, the XAT percentile will be calculated on the basis of the scaled score of each category from which questions will be asked and the overall scaled score. The XAT 2024 scorecard will contain the overall as well as the sectional score, along with the XAT percentile of the candidates.
Candidates can calculate the XAT percentile of each section by following these steps:
- Calculate the total number of candidates (N) who may appear for the XAT entrance exam, in both sessions
- Provide ranking (r) to all candidates appearing in XAT based on the measured score obtained in the given section
- Use the formula Percentile = [(N-r)/N]*100
- Follow the same procedure for calculating the overall XAT percentile marks for other sections as well.
