The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 21 provisional answer key today, June 10, 2026 on the official website of AIBE at allindiabarexamination.com. Along with the answer key, the authority has also issued the response sheet of all students who appeared for the AIBE exam 2026. AIBE 21 Answer Key 2026 Out LIVE

The response sheet is available for all sets, i.e. set A, B, C, D. Applicants can now calculate their estimated scores using the AIBE 21 tentative answer key, response sheet and question paper.

The AIBE 21 qualifying marks differ by category. Candidates from the general category must obtain at least 40% marks to pass, whereas SC/ST candidates are required to score a minimum of 35% in the AIBE 2026 examination.

To download the AIBE 21 provisional answer key, applicants can follow the steps given below:

  • Go to the official AIBE website, allindiabarexamination.com
  • Navigate to the AIBE 21 Answer Key section on the homepage
  • The answer key PDF will open on your screen
  • Locate the answer key corresponding to your question paper set/code
  • Download the PDF and review the solutions to calculate your expected score

AIBE 21 Provisional Answer Key 2026: Objection window

BCI has also opened the objection tracker window for the aspirants who wish to challenge the AIBE 21 tentative answer key. The last to raise the objection is June 17, 2026. After the objections are submitted, candidates will not be permitted to make any changes, add new objections, or submit another request.

AIBE 21 Tentative Answer Key 2026: Steps to raise objections

To raise the objection against the AIBE 21 tentative answer key 2026, follow the steps given below:

  • Go to the AIBE 21 Answer Key 2026 objection portal
  • Select the question paper set corresponding to your exam (Set A, B, C, or D)
  • Review the answer key and identify the question(s) you wish to challenge
  • Upload valid supporting documents or evidence to justify your objection
  • Pay the prescribed objection fee of INR 500 for each challenged question
  • Verify all details and click on the Submit button to complete the objection process

Candidates will be allowed to submit objections to the AIBE 21 answer key only once during the prescribed objection period. While multiple objections can be raised, all of them must be included in a single submission. A fee of Rs 500 per objection is required at the time of submission. If the objection is found to be valid upon review, the fee paid for that objection will be refunded to the candidate.
