AIIMS MSc, MBiotechnology result 2025 declared for August session

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the results of the Master of Science (MSc) and Master of Biotechnology (MBiotechnology) entrance examinations for the August 2025 session today, June 21. Candidates can check and download their AIIMS MSc, MBiotechnology marksheet by logging in at aiimsexams.ac.in.
The institute has released the list of all provisionally qualified candidates for MSc courses across AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS institutions, as well as for the M Biotechnology course at AIIMS New Delhi in PDF format. The list includes details such as roll number, category, percentile, and overall rank.
As per the official notice, the seat allocation for MSc courses will take place online. The schedule for choice filling, along with the rules and procedure for online seat allocation, will be published later. For MBiotechnology, a separate list of selected candidates will be released after the initial scrutiny of category certificates.
“The candidature of the above provisionally selected candidates in respective category is subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions as laid down in the Prospectus and verification of the documents / information furnished in their application forms and the verification of original certificates/documents at the time of reporting at allotted institute in online counselling,” the official notice said.

In both exams, in case of a tie in marks, candidates with fewer negative responses have been given preference. If the tie persists, the older candidate is ranked higher.
The notice further states that category certificates for OBC-NCL and EWS candidates will be verified before the seat allocation process. To be considered valid, OBC-NCL, EWS certificates should be issued between April 1 and May 15, 2025.
