Amrita University announces 20% scholarship for women enrolling in online programmes in March 2023

Women candidates enrolling for online courses at Amrita University will be offered a 20% scholarship on their first semester fees till March 31, 2023.
NEW DELHI: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has announced 20% scholarship for women that enroll in their online programmes at Amrita AHEAD in the month of March on the occasion of Women's day. Interested candidates can apply at- amrita.edu/ahead.
The women candidates will be offered a 20% scholarship on their first semester fees till March 31, 2023. The aims of the initiative is to provide opportunities for women learners across India to continue their education and enhance their career prospects.

Amrita AHEAD, the university's online programme offers courses in bachelor and master's degrees in business administration (BBA/MBA), computer application (BCA/MCA) and commerce (BCom/MCOM). Amrita AHEAD also offers other schemes that offer up to 100% scholarships for eligible candidates.
"Amrita AHEAD's UGC-entitled degree programs are offered in collaboration with industry stalwarts and reputed national and international faculty, preparing students to address real-life applications and challenges," read a press statement.
In other news, the ministry of education also announced women-centric scholarships till March 31, 2023. Candidates interested and eligible for British Council Women in STEM scholarships can apply for the scholarships on the official website – britishcouncil.org.
