NEW DELHI: The Arunachal Pradesh Directorate of Higher and Technical Education has announced a spot round counselling for NEET UG 2023. The spot round counselling will be held on Augsut 28 from 10 am at the Auditorium Hall of the Dorjee Khandu State Convention Centre, near IG Park, Itanagar. The spot round counselling will be conducted for allotment of vacant seats after NEET UG round 2 seat allotment and withdrawal of seats. The details of vacant seats will be made available on the official website on August 25.

The provision for withdrawal of seats against NEET UG Arunachal Pradesh counselling will be active online in the candidate dashboard between August 23 (11 am) and August 24 (11 am).Candidates who have frozen their seats in the first and second rounds will have to compulsorily withdraw their seats online to participate in the spot round.
The allotment, as per an official statement, wil be done on the basis of the merit of the registered candidates as per all India rank of NEET 2023.

Candidates who have withdrawn their allotted seat within the stipulated time

Registered candidates who have not been allotted any seat up to the NEET UG 2023 round 2 counselling AP

Fresh candidates who could not register before the round-1 but want to participate now.
For candidates who want to register afresh will have to apply online through the Googlw form uploaded in apdhte.nic.in and pay the registration fee of Rs 500 for APST and Rs 700 for APST in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the member Secretary, APSCTE payable at Itanagar or through UPI. The registration window which is active now, will remain open till August 25.
During the spot round counselling process, candidates will have to take their original documents for document verification. Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to deposit seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000 for MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS and BVSc and AH and Rs 3,000 for other programmes in the bank account.
