Bihar board to conduct interviews of JEE, NEET coaching entrance exam today

Students clearing the Bihar School Education Board’s coaching entrance exam will be provided free coaching of JEE 2024 and NEET 2024.
NEW DELHI: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will today conduct the interview-cum-counselling for selecting students for the free coaching programme of Bihar government for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The written exam for the coaching was conducted by the board on September 17.
The list of the shortlisted candidates for the interview-cum-counselling process is available on the board’s website, biharboardonline.com.
The board has asked all the selected candidates and their parents to report to the allotted venues for the counselling process, along with their educational certificates, aadhar card, an additional self-attested passport-size photograph and the JEE, and NEET free coaching written exam admit card. The interview will begin at 9.30 AM at regional offices of Bihar School Examination Committee located in their divisional district headquarters. The regional offices where the interview-cum-counselling process will be held include Patna, Darbangha, Chhapra, Muzaffarpur, Munger, Gaya, Saharsa, Bhagalpur and Purnia.

Along with coaching, the board also provides free nutrition and hostel facilities. The initiative of the board aims to support and uplift students who have demonstrated exceptional academic prowess. “The coaching centres are equipped with experienced faculty members in physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology who possess in-depth subject knowledge and are well-versed in the intricacies of the entrance exams,” the board said.
This initiative by the BSEB not only supports students academically but also empowers them by promoting equal opportunities and inclusivity, it added.
