Bihar STET 2024 registrations extended till January 7; exam pattern, cut-off

NEW DELHI: The Bihar School and Examination Board has extended the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2024 registration till January 7, 2024. The Bihar STET registration 2024 commenced on December 14, 2023. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for Bihar STET 2024 on the official website at bsebstet.com. Bihar STET 2024 is scheduled to be held between March 1 to March 20.
Candidates from the general, Other Backward Classes (OBC), or Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories must pay an application fee of Rs 960 for either Paper I or Paper II, and Rs 1,440 for both the papers. Candidates belonging to the scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST), Person with Disabilities (PwD) categories must pay an application fee of Rs 760 for Paper I or Paper II and Rs 1,140 for both papers.
The Bihar BSTET 2024 paper will carry a total of 150 marks divided into 2 sections - Specified subject matter for 100 marks and teaching Arts and other competencies for 50 marks. The total duration of Bihar BSTET 2024 exams will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
