BPSC Recruitment 2026: Complete document verification for district sports officer posts on August 20

Bihar District Sports Officer Exam: Candidates who missed the document verification held in June must report to the BPSC office in Patna to complete final DV.
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has given a final opportunity to candidates who were absent during the document verification (DV) process conducted under the Bihar district sports officer recruitment exam. Such candidates will have to appear at the BPSC office in Patna on August 20, 2026, to complete their document verification.
According to the latest BPSC notice, the document verification for candidates who appeared in the written objective and subjective competitive examination was conducted from June 18 to June 20, 2026. The commission has now provided one final opportunity to candidates who could not attend the DV during the scheduled dates.
The recruitment is being conducted under the Bihar sports service cadre of the sports department, Bihar. The posts covered under the recruitment include district sports officer, assistant director (sports), assistant director (youth), and lecturer in S.H. and physical education colleges.

BPSC final document verification date
Candidates who were absent from the earlier DV process must report to the BPSC office on August 20, 2026. The commission has specifically stated that this is the final opportunity for such candidates to complete document verification.
Those who are appearing for DV on the specified date have been instructed to follow all the guidelines and requirements mentioned in the document verification programme published on the BPSC website on June 5, 2026.
The commission has advised candidates appearing for the final DV opportunity to ensure compliance with all the instructions provided in the earlier document verification programme.
