BSEB Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya Class 6 entrance test registrations from September 1

The Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya prelims entrance test will be conducted for a total of 150 marks. It will be held on October 31 in a single shift from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will begin registrations for Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya entrance examination for admission to class 6 admissions for the academic session 2026-27 tomorrow, September 1. Students and parents will be able to fill the application form through the BSEB’s official website at biharsimultala.com.
Around sixty-sixty seats are reserved for boys and girls respectively for admission at Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya. The entrance test will be conducted in two phases - preliminary examinations and mains.
The prelims entrance test will be based on multiple choice objective questions, as per the official notification. The exam will be conducted for a total of 150 marks. It will be conducted on October 31 in a single shift from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

“As per the directives issued from time to time by the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, candidates belonging to the differently abled category are entitled to 5% horizontal reservation. The level of disability of the selected students should not be less than 40 percent,” the official notice reads.
Students under the unreserved, economically weaker section, extremely backward class and backward class will be required to pay Rs 200 as application fee. Those from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) should have to pay Rs 50 as registration charges.
Simultala Residential School Admission 2026: Document specifications
Students or parents must upload photographs, signature images, including other documents in a specific format in order to complete the admission process.
- Upload only colour photograph, signature.
- Size and type of colour photo image will be of 36mm x 30 mm.
- It should be in a size of 40 to 100 KB and should be in the JPG or JPED format.
- Head size or face size should have to be in 25 mm x 20 mm (approx 60% 70%) format.
- The background of the images should be in plain white or light green.
- Scanned signature sample must be in pg, jpeg format with 3.5 cm width x B1.5cm height.
- The size should not exceed 10 - 20 KB.
“The hard copy of the filled examination application form will be taken out by the candidate/his guardian and kept safe after forwarding it to the Principal of his/her school. On being selected for admission, the candidate will have to forward the forwarded application form from the District Education Officer of the concerned district and submit it compulsorily to the Principal, Simultala Residential School, Simultala at the time of admission. Otherwise the admission may be obstructed,” the official notification reads.
The BSEB Simultala Awasiya Vidyaalaya application form will asks to fill details regarding candidates’ name, fathers name, date of birth, caste category, among other details.
